• Detailed shipment information must be transmitted separately via the SFTP server; the business partner provides the SFTP account.
• Naming convention: <invoiceno>_<yyyymmdd>.<ext>
• Permissible file formats are
• xml (favorite)
• csv
• edifact "invoic 01B"
•Limited file size
• For invoice recipients 4396: A maximum of 25,000 packages/shipments may be listed per invoice.
